All catering bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.
Final guest numbers and menu selections must be provided 5 days prior to the event.
We reserve the right to decline bookings based on availability or capacity.
2.Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made 48 hours before the event.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
3.Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
4.Food & Allergies
We take food safety seriously and follow all local health regulations.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5.Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup times will be confirmed prior to your event.
Additional charges may apply for long-distance delivery or special setup requirements.
6.Equipment & Rentals
Any equipment provided (e.g., serving trays, warmers) must be returned in good condition.
Damaged or missing items may incur replacement fees.
7.Marketing & Photos

If you prefer not to have your event featured, please let us know in advance.
